Glowing Banshee goodness...

Any excuse to use the glow brush is a good excuse no?
Pretty straight forward... Mosty done with the flat oils again in Painter... they've quickly become my favorite brushes, though there's still a bit to master with them. Then there was some refinement in levels, texture and glow touch up in Photoshop.

Cool, Nate! I'm really liking the hair and the sound waves. What a brilliant way to visually represent an eerie noise! Oh, and the loose brush strokes and complementary colors. . . heck, this may be my new favorite of yours.

Thanks Alisa! It's probably one of my favorites as well.
I will admit though, the circle sound wave things are a steal from another cool artist... I can't nail his name but I remember seeing it done in a Spectrum piece at one point in time...

Nice face!!
I really like this one. Good job!
I can see you've been looking at Jon Foster's art as well. This pose is quite the change from your regular style of paintings. Excellent!

Awesome. Love the glow-brush. How can someone so pretty be so bad. Or is she just drawn that way?
